Cool Creative: @HypeM "Girl In Headphones" contest...

Girlinheadphones

I like this contest that Hype Machine is executing. Basically, they're asking you to scour the internet to find photos of girls in headphones and submit them to HM on Tumblr. The three top submitters win headphones. Fair trade.

That above photo is an interesting one I found on Flickr. Pretty sure it's not eligible, but I like it just the same.

Read the fine print on the contest here.

The photos of Rihanna in GQ sure are something...

Rihanna_gq_2

Her haircut is sort of weird, but I'm over it.

From Freshness Mag...

Some wiser men have boldly speculated, it takes approximately half the length of time of a relationship for one to truly get over it. Sadly for those in the spotlight, time is not such luxury. Especially for Rihanna who was entwined in “the Chris Brown thing” according to GQ, the girl had to step out and aired her pain through very public channels. For those who caught Diane Sawyer’s interview with Rihanna back in November, a little more than half a year after the tragic debacle, hip-hop’s most sympathized princess talked through her pain and came public with what happened that night when all fall through.

Andy Warhol's Polaroids Of Sports Champions...

Kareem

Would you go see this? The images look pretty cool online - not sure I'm compelled to go look at the actual 4 1/4 X 3 3/8 inch Polaroids, being displayed between now and Dec. 12 at the Danziger Project, in the meatpacking district on the west side of Manhattan.

Most of these photos were part of stage one in the process of ten paintings that Warhol did for art collector Richard Weissman in the late '70's called "Athletes Series." According to a press release from Danziger people, he later added a few more shots - like John McEnroe with Tatum O'neal.

See the full set - 24 total - at Danziger Project's website.
